Waitlist Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to join. Waitlist participation does not create a dating account, guarantee a launch date, or reserve Founder status.

Founder status is available at no upfront charge to the first 100 people in each qualifying metro who complete full SwurveOnline registration and required biometric verification after invitations are issued. Benefits are a permanent Founder badge, 50 credits, and one month of Premium. After that month, members may purchase Premium, use the Free level, or leave.

Metro selection is self-attested and may include nearby communities across city and state boundaries. SwurveOnline may review unusual location claims and determine regional eligibility.

Launch invitation links are single-use, expire after seven days, and may be reissued. SwurveOnline may modify, pause, or end a regional launch to protect members or the service.

This draft requires legal review before public launch.
